Privacy Policy

To generate a reading, we collect the first names and sun signs (and, if you unlock Deep Layers, birth dates and any optional tap-answers like hand shape or dream theme) you enter for yourself and your person. This data is sent to our server only to calculate your compatibility and generate the reading text — we do not store it in a database. Your browser keeps a local copy (via localStorage) so you don't lose your reading on refresh or when returning from checkout; you can clear it any time via your browser's site data settings.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your email and payment details to process the charge and send you a receipt — we never see or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Reading text is generated by Anthropic's Claude models. The names, signs, and any birth data you entered are sent as part of the generation request. We do not use this data to train any model, and we don't retain it after your reading is generated.

We use Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, aggregate page-view data) to understand traffic. If configured, we may also load the Meta Pixel and/or TikTok Pixel to measure ad performance — these are third-party scripts that may set cookies or device identifiers under Meta's and TikTok's own privacy policies. We only send them event names (e.g. "unlocked a reading"), never your name or reading content.

Since we don't store your reading inputs after generation, there's typically nothing to delete on our end. If you paid for a reading, Stripe retains your order and email for receipts and tax records — contact them directly, or reach out to us at support@synastri.org and we'll help route your access, correction, or deletion request.

This service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
