Refund Policy

Not happy with your Deep Reading? Email us at support@synastri.org within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fee, from the customer portal link in your Stripe receipt email — this is a "click to cancel" process with no retention calls or hoops. Cancelling stops future renewals; we don't prorate a refund for the days remaining in your current billing period, but you keep access until it ends. If you were charged in error, email support@synastri.org within 7 days of the charge.

Approved refunds are issued by Stripe back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
